Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives

Set monthly, quarterly, and annual digital marketing plans

Lead the digital marketing team’s day-to-day work, assign tasks, and oversee execution

Define team KPIs and evaluate performance

Plan, launch, and optimize digital advertising campaigns
-
Oversee performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Analyze key metrics (CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, ROAS, Conversion Rate, etc.) and implement data-driven optimizations
-
Coordinate campaign content, visuals, and media placements

Collect and analyze data (GA4, Firebase, Ads Manager, CRM, etc.) and prepare reports
-
Identify growth opportunities, flag issues, and propose improvement solutions
-
Ensure consistent brand communication and content presence across digital platforms in line with the brand’s tone of voice

Develop and coordinate employer branding digital campaigns to strengthen the company’s positioning as an attractive employer

Contribute to the website and app digital growth strategy

Execute CRM / loyalty / activation campaigns

Monitor market trends, updates in digital tools, and competitors’ activities
Requirements

3–5 years of relevant professional experience

1–2 years of team management experience

Experience in content planning and coordinating digital communications
